The Graham County Project Manager takes a leadership role in developing and implementing a fiscally responsible capital improvement program for Graham County.

This includes managing all capital projects for County departments and the Board of Commissioners and is charged with coordinating people and processes to ensure Graham County projects are delivered on time, within budget, and produce desired results.

In addition, the Project Manager is responsible for, but not limited to, developing detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation, ensuring teams meet all scope requirements by completing project requirements according to their contract agreement with the client and the day-to day-management of specific goals.
